more night time plants

I went to look for plants at my hotel, and I found these two examples:

False red yucca in a courtyard

 This looked like a new planting, and would probably be really nice in the summer. Unlike this next 'planting', which always is this orange:

Wow, those are orange.

I noticed all the plants inside were fake (I wonder why?). I'm really looking forward to seeing my garden again.
